Dodoma Project

LUICO is implementing a 700-acre project, consisting of a total of 1,980 plots with multiple land uses, including residential, commercial, and other business purposes. This project is strategically located along the Dodoma Outer Ring Road, a dual carriageway connecting major routes from various cities in Tanzania to Dodoma. The project is divided into two phases: the first phase comprises serviced plots, with approximately 500 acres already sold, and the second phase encompasses 200 acres designated for housing.
